MRS. PHILO A. TYLER PASSED AWAY MONDAY
MRS. FLORENCE TENEYCK TYLER, wife of DR. PHILO A. TYLER, of Lansing, passed away at their home at 11:15 Monday, January 5 , after being confined to her bed more than six years, following a stroke which made her left side entirely helpless.
The following appeared in the Lansing State Journal:
MRS. FLORENCE B. TYLER, 66, wife of DR. PHILO A. TYLER, retired local physician, and a resident of Lansing for the past 40 years, passed away at the home, 824 Chicago Ave., Monday, following several years' illness.
Besides the husband, she is survived by one son, NEIL, of Everett, Mass. The body was removed to the Palmer-O'Donnell Funeral home, where it will remain until Wednesday. Funeral services will be held from the residence on Chicago Ave. at 2 o'clock Wednesday afternoon, the Rev. R.B. Deer officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Hope cemetery.
