Violet Fay Breshears Black, 62 of Boise passes away Saturday, June 7, 1997 in a Boise care Center after a 37 year battle with lupus.
Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, June 11 at Dry Creek Cemetery. Services are under direction of the Relyea Funeral Chapel.
Violet was born Nov 13, 1934 at Boise, to Floyd Edward Breshears and Leafy Irene Buffington. In her early years she resided in Pearl, Idaho, and later on Beacon Light Road in Boise.
On Oct 24, 1959 she married Ronald W. Black. he worked construction as a lineman so the traveled and worked in many areas. After his death, Violet wanted to be close to her family, so she settled in Boise where she devoted herself to her family.
Survivors include a daughter, Sharlet Ireane "Sam" (Mrs. Daniel) Fuller; as son, Harvey Leroy Green and Wand Archer; four grandchildren, Genesis St. Mylindia Parker of San Diego, Calif., Heather Nicole Totf, Amy Marie Archer and Joseph Ire Archer; one Sister Carol Hickman of Boise. She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; and brother, Edward Breshears.
Viewing will be held Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m., and Wednesday from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm at the Relyea Funeral Chapel.
