Sarah Frances (Reynolds) Cochran. She was a school teacher, and taught high
school in Miller, Missouri for many years. Lettie married Claud Raymond Grove 16
April 1911. She taught English & Latin.
Lettie and Claud had three children--Nettie Margaret, Claud Ryan, and Leroy
Grove. They lived in San Angelo and Odessa, TX for a time, and she died in New
Mexico.
Lettie Reed Cochran Grove left a wonderful legacy to her family in the form of
two genealogy books, both of which are in the Family History Library in Salt
Lake City, Utah. The books are: "Genealogy of the Cochrans: from 1737 to 1959"
and "Genealogy of the Reynolds: from 1667 to 1964."
