What can be said, She was the greatest Mom. Barbara loved her sons and her dogs. She was always with a smile and is missed very much by all that knew her.She was born in Chico ,California. Her Parents were Jessie and Mary Howard.She was married to Clifford Kelly until @ 1947 and then Married Angelo Lanzini until his passing in 1998. She had 2 Brothers. Roscoe and Toby.She also had a step sister Virginia Baer of Lodi. She was highly looked upon in her comunity.She had Two sons,Roger and Brian and a grandson Jeffrey.She was always the first to volunteer her time and She made a difference.
