Berlin Heights: March 3- Mrs. Lucy D. Hahn, 73, the mother of Mayor Carl Hahn, here, died Sunday morning at her home in Ceylon after an illness of 10 months. Mrs. Hahn was born in Amherst and lived at Ceylon for the past 53 years.
Mrs Hahn was a member of the First Congregational Church, Berlin Heights: the Huron, state and national Grangers; Berlin Temple, Phythian Sisters; Ceylon Ladies Aid Society and the Tuesday Tourist Club.
Surviving are five sons, Mayor Carl Hahn here, and Edward, George, Walter, and Herbert, all of Ceylon; 12 grandchildren; one sister, Miss Edith Ludwig, Lakewood; three brothers, Milton Ludwig, Painesville, and Charles and Walter Ludwig, Elyria. Her husband Lewis died in 1936.
