SARA CRUMP BYRNES, 56, of Memphis, homemaker, died of heart failure on Monday at Bright Glade Convalescent Center. Services will be at 10 a.m. on Wednesday at St. John's Episcopal Church, where she was a member, with burial in St. John's Cemetery. Canale Funeral Directors has charge. She was a board member of Opera Memphis, member of Memphis Garden Club, and Junior League of Memphis. Mrs. Byrnes, the widow of Ronald M. Byrnes, III, leaves a daughter, Katherine Macrae Byrnes, two sons, Thomas C. Byrnes and Ronald M. Byrnes, IV, and her mother, Mary Louise T. Crump, all of Memphis; three sisters, Mary Louise C. Morgan of Greenwich, Connecticut and Roder C. Macaulay and Lela C. Smith, both of Memphis, and a brother, Frank M. Crump, III, of Germantown.
