THE TUSCALOOSA NEWS. Thurs Jun 3 1965. John M Englebert Funeral Services for John Milton Englebert, 53 of North Charleston, SC will be held at 2pm Friday at Spigener-Brown Service with the Rev. LS Channell and the Rev Guy Glendenning officiating. Masonic graveside services and burial will be in the Pate Cemetery at Buhl. Mr. Englebert died Tuesday at the home of a brother, Lee Englebert of Hollandale, Miss while on vacation. The son of the late John and Mary Englebert of Tuscaloosa, he was a member of Masonic Lodge 232 in North Charleston a Baptist and had been active in civic affairs. He was a Navy Veteran of World War II and was a civilian employee of the Navy Department at the time of his death. Survivors in addition to his brother in Mississippi include another brother, Claudie Englebert of St. Petersburg, Fla; four sisters, Mrs Velma Rushing of Jackson, Miss., Miss Beatrice Englebert of Tuscaloosa, Mrs. Clara Rogers of St. Petersburg, Fla., and Mrs Elsie Maddox of Newton, Ala; several nieces and nephews.
