Hannah Dahl 1908-1987

Hannah Geraldine Dahl age 79, passed away at her home in rural Bagley on Thursday, October 15, 1987. Hannah was born April 19, 1908 in Webster, South Dakota to parents Ole and Beda Samsal. The family moved to Montana and Dakota in 1928 moving to Bagley where she had made her home since. Her marriage to Selmer Dahl took place September 18, 1942 in Bagley. Hannah attended Calvary Evengelical Free Church.
Survivors include her husband Selmer of Bagley; one brother Alvin Samsal of Grand Rapids, Minnesota. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral services were held on Saturday October 17, 1987 at 1 p.m. in the Calvary Evangelical Free Church in Bagley. Pastor John Heath officiated and burial was made in the Bagley City Cemetery under the direction of the Cease Funeral Home of Bagley. Music was provided by Martha Oskvig as soloist and Ona Sorenson as organist. Casket bearers were Otto Haukland, Carl Haukland, Charles O'Bryan, Everett Willberg, Joe Bellefy and Wilton Wash.
