Mr. Ploughe, 70, Sheridan, died July 3, 1995, in Riverview Hospital, Noblesville.
Mr. Ploughe was a member of Hills Baptist Church. He retired from farming in 1965.
He was born November 19, 1924, in Clinton County to Preston A. and Bessie Mae Douglas Ploughe.
Surviving are four brothers, Preston W., and Joseph E., both of Frankfort, James N. of Boyleston and Dale M. of Kirklin; six sisters, Lois E. Boone and Mary Dell Walker, both of Sheridan, Mabel D. Sotzing of Greenwood, Vera M. King of Morgantown, Norma J. Macis of Buena Park, Calif., and Dorotha A. Thompson of Plainfield.
Two brothers, Tom and Bill, and two sisters, Verna and Margie, preceded him in death.
The Rev. John Amick will officiate services. Burial will be in Hills Cemetery, Pickard.
