Jonathan Craig Otting, age 36, passed away Wednesday at his residence.
Mr. Otting was born in Pike County, Alabama on April 26, 1973, son of John Otting and Mildred Jordan. He was of the Baptist Faith, graduated from Armuchee High School in 1992, and was a Veteran of the United States Navy. At the time of his death he was employed by Merit Electric as an electrician.
Survivors include: Katrice Sewell Otting , the mother of his three children, Mariam Annsleigh Otting, Jana Carleigh Otting, and Brodie Reece Otting, all of Rome; his mother and father, John Otting and Mildred Jordan of Rome. Uncles, Aunts and Cousins also survive.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday in the Chapel of Parnick Jennings, Sr.'s Good Shepherd Funeral Home with Rev. Bobby Stepphens officiating with interment in Oaknoll Memorial Gardens.
Uncles and Cousins will serve as pallbearers and are asked to meet at the Chapel by 10:30 am Saturday.
