Funeral Home Chapel, Steve Taylor will officiate. Burial will follow at Allen
Cemetery.
Mrs. Boyd died Tuesday, Feb. 22, 2005, at her home. She was born Feb. 21,
1936, at Holdenville to Ruby Horn (daughter of John Richard and Zora B. Horn). She attended school at Holdenville.
She married Jim H. Boyd Dec. 7, 1953, in Allen. He died Feb. 9, 1998.
Mrs. Boyd lived in Allen most of her life and moved to Ada from Allen three
years ago. She was a homemaker and a supervisor at McCall's Chapel School for
18 years, a member of the Allen First Baptist Church and attended Fitzhugh
United Methodist Church.
Survivors include one son, Jimmy Boyd and wife Debbie, Fitzhugh; two
granddaughters, Tammy Dunlap, Fitzhugh, and Annda Boyd, Fitzhugh; one great-
grandson, Rylan James Golden, Fitzhugh; and one sister, Darlene Driskill, Ada.
Bearers will be Hardy Biggs, Bob Boyd, Glen Boyd, Johnathan Hoff, John Hoff
and K.C. Liljequist.
