Mrs. Sterrett Thompson Miller, 83, died at a nursing home in Dunn Loring Saturday.
A native of Rockbridge County, she was a daughter of the late Stuart Thompson and Rebecca Sterrett Thompson [correction-Isabella Dunlap Sterrett].
She was a member of the Old Stone Presbyterian at Timber Ridge.
Surviving her are four daughters, Mrs. H.D. Fox of Fairfield; Miss Isabella Miller of Alexander; Mrs. Thomas G. Camp of Silver Springs, Md., and Mrs. Roger H. Seward of Elberton; two sons, Stuart T. Miller of Summit, N.J. and E. L. Miller, Jr. of Fairfield; and one sister, Mrs. D. E. Brady of Glasgow.
A funeral service was held Tuesday afternoon at Old Stone Presbyterian Church with burial in the church cemetery. The Rev. Robert Tabscott officiated."
