Survived by his wife; six sons - William Carvel, Louis Albert, Jr., Andrew "Andy / Dub", all of lubbock; Vernon Matthews and Elmer Bembrey of Arlington; David Langford of Throckmorton; three daughters - Mrs. Howard King of Jacksboro, Mrs. Bernis Dunlap of Throckmorton, Mrs. James L. Cross of Abilene; four sisters - Mrs. John T. Davis, Sr. and Mrs. F.L. Liles, Sr. of Throckmorton; Mr.s W.K. Crawley of Lamesa, Mrs. Dutton Bailes of Seymour; 22 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
