Before her marriage in Wise County at the age of 19 to Andrew Schneider, she was Anna Horschler. The couple moved to Abilene in 1928. Her husband preceded her in death. Mrs. Schneider was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of Sacred Heart church.

Survived by two sons; one brother; two daughters.
