MISS BISHOP

ATLANTA, Ga. -- Miss Eunice Gertrude Bishop, 90, of Atlanta died Saturday, July 1, 2000.

Graveside services will be held Sunday, July 23 at 3 p.m. at Oakwood Cemetery in Lanett with her nephew, the Rev. G. Bryant Wright Jr., officiating.

Miss Bishop is survived by four nephews, Paul Byrd of Tucker, Ga., George B. Wright of Atlanta, William James Wright of Martinsville, Va., and John Charles Bishop of Auburn; several great-nieces and -nephews; and many great-great-nieces and -nephews.

Miss Bishop was a native of Bacon Level, Ala. She moved from Lanett to Atlanta in 1956. She worked at Scripto Inc., then worked with HUD until her retirement. A member of the Cathedral of St. Philip, she enjoyed living her latter years at Cathedral Towers on Peachtree Road in Atlanta. Miss Bishop was preceded in death by five sisters and one brother. She was the daughter of the late Charlie Lee and Eunice Crouch Bishop.
