Jack K. Bick
Jack K. BICK, 52, of 1107 W. 13th St., died at 5:55 p.m. Monday in Woodlawn Hospital after an apparent coronary attack in his home.
He was born May 10, 1935 in Rochester to Andrew and Martiena GEIGER BICK. He was married June 27, 1954 in Leiters Ford to Marcia Sue KISTLER, who survives. He was self-employed at Jack Bick and Sons Inc. Transit-Mix Concrete. He was a member of the Rochester Masonic Lodge, South Bend Scottish Rite, Mizpah Shrine Temple at Fort Wayner, Manitou Shrine Club, Manitou Moose Lodge and the Rochester Eagles Lodge. He was a past president of the Rochester Jaycees. He attended Franklin College and was a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity.
Surviving with the wife are two daughters, Mrs. Richard (Debbra Kay) GROVES, Fort Wayne, and Mrs. Richard (Tacy Lynn) DAWSON, Indianapolis; a grandson, Kyle Coleman GROVES, Fort Wayne; his father, Andrew "Jack" BICK, Lake Manitou, and a brother, Jim D. BICK, Rochester. Preceding in death were his moher and an infant son, Dennis [BICK].
Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday in the Foster & Good Funeral Home, Rochester, with the Rev. Teal YOUNCE officiating. Burial will be in the Rochester I.O.O.F. Cemetry. Friends may call from 3 to 8 p.m. Wednesday and from 9 a.m. until services Thursday. Masonic memorial services will be at 7 p.m. Wednesday in the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
