George Angel, pastor, was celebrant, Rev. Simon Kenny, Army chaplain stationed at Fort Meade and a cousin of Mr. Burns, was deacon, and Rev. Francis Flanagan, T.O.R., of St. Francis College, Loretto, Pa., another cousin, was sub-deacon. Military rites at the grave in St. Joseph's Cemetery, McKeesport, Pa., was conducted by the Joint Veteran's Burial Squad, of Duquesne, Pa. Those from this section at the funeral were Patrick J.
