She was born in Augusta County on Dec. 17, 1917, a daughter of the late J. W. and Nettie Goode Henderson. She was a member of Wayside Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Ralph N. Rowe; two sons, Jerry W. Rowe of Richmond and Richard L. Rowe of Waynesboro; two daughters, Mrs. Becky Henderson of Waynesboro and Mrs. Paul (Linda) Truslow of Afton; one brothers, Willie Henderson of Lyndhurst; one sister, Mrs. Hattie Henderson of Lyndhurst; two half-sisters, Mrs. Nora Drumheller of Waynesboro and Mrs. Kate Hulvey of Maryland; and five grandchildren.
Mrs. Rowe was preceded in death by a daughter, Tillie M. Rowe, in 1972.
A funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Monday in Wayside Baptist Church, conducted by the Rev. James Floyd and the Rev. Roy Kiser. Burial will be in Augusta Memorial Park.
Active pallbearers will be James Chadwick, Andy Fletcher, Tommy Thompson, Gary Spradlin, K. C. Fitzgerald, Robert Guy Fitzgerald, Harry Campbell and Pete Baber.
Honorary pallbearers will be nephews and great-nephews.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 tomorrow evening in Etter Funeral Home.
