Mrs. Margaret Louise Queen Bradfield, of 337 Mount Alton Road, died Saturday morning in an Atlanta hospital.

A native of Cedartown, Mrs. Bradfield was born April 4, 1911, daughter of Adolphus and Alberta Hackney Queen.

She was a member of the Second Avenue Baptist Church, where she taught Sunday school for the past 50 years; the Town and Country Garden Club; the Rome chapter of the P. E. O.; the American Malacological Society. She also was past director of the Ethel Harpst Home and the Open Door Home.

Survivors include her husband, Jesse L. Bradfield, Rome; a son, William A. Bradfield, Atlanta; two sisters, Mrs. Floride Belchinger, Atlanta, and Mrs. Sue Logan, Cedartown; a half sister, Mrs. Tommie Lee Barnett, Marietta; a granddaughter; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Second Avenue Baptist Church with Dr. Lamar Barden officiating. Interment will be at Sunset Hills Memorial Gardens.
