Married Edgar H. Metcalf in 1921 as evidenced by a short comment in the American Journal of Nursing, Vol. 21, No. 10 (Jul., 1921), pp. 736-765. Published by: Lippincott Williams & Wilkins Stable. "Recently, Mildred Mulets, class of 1905, Christ Hospital, Topeka, Kansas, to Edgar Metcalf. Mr. and Mrs. Metcalf will live in Wellington, Kansas."

Died of heart issues and kidney failure.

NOTE: Name "Mulets" appears to be an interpretation of the name "Mulertz" scribbled. Look closely at the original documents and what is interpreted as an "s" could just as well be a "z" and the "et" could be "ert". Her death certificate clearly identifies her father as "John" and her mother as "Lovina Butts". Her mother's gravestone in Twin Groves Cemetery clearly identifies her married name as "Mulertz".
