Dot was the daughter of Edward C. and Catherine Heckathorn.

Aunt Dot was a favorite of all her husband's family, especially her nieces and nephews, and she loved all of us too! She was glamorous and very attractive, with lots of beautiful jewelry. She was very sweet, friendly, generous and an animal lover. She was also fun loving, as she would accompany all of the kids to the local carnival, and ride the ferris wheel and swings, and eat lots of candy apples and cotton candy! We love and miss our Aunt Dot!

Suddenly on Tuesday, September 26, 1978, Dorothy M. Heckathorn Baugher; beloved wife of Edward W. Baugher; sister of Catherine Pfeifer, Helen Crawford, Mary Louise Romanias, Edward Heckathorn, Patricia Spahic, Joan Prince, and the late Virginia Henderson. Friends are being received at McCabe Brothers, Inc. Funeral Home, 5300 Pennsylvania Avenue, E.E., Funeral Saturday, September 30, 1978, at 9 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Mary Church, (Pine Creek) Glenshaw, Pa. at 10 a.m.
