In Memory of Capt. Vincent Calvin Scott, Jr.
*** Captain Scott was a member of the 480th Tactical Fighter Squadron. On April 22, 1969, he was the pilot of a McDonnell Douglas Phantom II Fighter (F-4D) on a mission near the Kong River, Xekong Province, Laos. when his aircraft was shot down. His remains were not recovered. His name is inscribed on the Courts of the Missing at the Honolulu Memorial.

Vincent Calvin Scott Jr. was an Air Force Officer, F-4D crewmember who was lost in Laos on April 22, 1969.

He was born in December, 1943 and listed Richmond, Virginia as his home of record.

His body was not recovered (1973) although his dog tags were returned to the U.S. Government at a later date.
