John H. Ruhol, prominent farmer of the Lillyville community, passed away at St Anthony Hospital at Effingham Friday afternoon, December 24, 1937, after an extended illness. He was 72 years, 9 months and 28 days old at the time of his death.
Mr. Ruholl is survived by five daughters, three of whom are nuns, while Ellen and Cecillia are at Home at Lillyville. His wife preceded him to the Great Beyond many years ago.
Funeral services were held Monday morning at 8:80 o'clock from the Sacred Heart Chruch at Lillyville Burial took place in the parish Cemetery there
