Mrs Nancy Jane (Jennie) Carey, 85, of Rt 3, Danielsville, died Saturday morning at her home.
Born in Franklin Co, daughter of the lateT Reeder and Mary Bond Beatenbough, she was a member of Zidon Baptist Church. Her husband was the late Edgar H Carey.
Survivors include four sons: Albert W, Chandler T and J Mitchell Carey, all of Danielsville, and T Alton Carey of Athens; a daughter, Mrs Cumie Fortson of Danielsville; 12 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren.
Funeral services were Sunday at 3 p.m. at Shiloh Baptist Church by Revs Malcolm Gunnells, Calvin Coile and J C Parker. Burial in church cemtery.
