St. Petersburg, Fla. -- Arthur G. Stevens, 76, died Thursday in his home here after a long illness. He formerly lived in Ashtabula, O., where he maintained a home on Valley St.
A boilermaker by trade, Mr. Stevens worked on the New York Central System in Ashtabula and the P&LE in Youngstown.
Surviving are his wife, Zetta, at home; four brothers, Edson Stevens of Youngstown, Norris Stevens of Cleveland and Leon and Timothy Stevens of Ashtsbula. Preceding him death was a former wife, Eula Cowford Stevens, a daughter, and two brothers, Perry and Frank.
Funeral services are pending at the Metz Funeral Home in St. Petersburg where burial will also be.
