Funeral services were held last Friday from St. John Lutheran church at Kramer for Maria Friederika Kattau, 67, who died in Crete a week ago Tuesday.
Miss Kattau was born near Kramer on February 26, 1887 and was baptized on October 16 of the same year by the Rev. L.J. Huber. She was confirmed at St. John's by the Rev. Alb. Cholcher. She lived all her life in and near Kramer.
Survivors include her brother, Fred Kattau; a sister, Minnie; and several nieces and nephews.
The Rev. W.L. Ernstmeyer officiated at the funeral services and burial was in the Kramer Community cemetery.
