T J MULLINS RITES ARE HELD SUNDAY
Funeral services for Tommy Joe Mullis, 68, were held at 2 p.m. Sunday in the Edwards Funeral Home chapel. The Rev. J C Carter, Assembly of God minister of Colmesneil, officiated. Burial was in the Bethany Cemetery near Colmesneil.
Mr. Mullins was found dead in a yard near his home in Woodville late Thursday afternoon. Death from natural causes was the inquest verdict made by Joe Loggins, Justice of the Peace of Precinct 1.
A Tennessee native, Mr. Mullins had lived in Woodville approximately 50 years, he was a retired house painter.
