They are the parents of Charles Grant Phillips. Charles Grant Phillips married Ila Bea Shealy Ficklin. They owned a large farm in Jacksonville, Alabama. They were the parents of several children their son Zack Phillips II married Doris Faye Pike at the old Piedmont Highway Church of God in Etowah County. Zack and Doris had one child Zachery Keith Phillips III born in 1959 at Piedmont, Calhoun Co., Alabama. Zack and Doris moved to Atlanta in 1968. They lived in Buford, Gwinnett Co., Ga. Zachery Keith Phillips III married Mary Ellen Whitt on September 14, 1981 at the Gwinnett Co., Courthouse. Z. Keith and Mary Ellen had two children Zachery Keith Phillips IV born in 1985, and Whittney Amanda Phillips born in 1986. Z. Keith and Mary Ellen moved their family from Gwinnett County Georgia to Gallatin, Sumner County Tennessee in 1999, where Z. Keith Phillips served over 20 years as the Executice Director of Transportation for Metropoliteness Nashville Public Schools. Zachery Keith Phillips IV married Jessica Fuqua on July 13, 2007. They had one daughter Hannah Lilyan Phillips who was born at Vanderbilt Hospital in Nashville, TN. Whittney Amanda Phillips and Cory Alan East had one son Jackson Paul Phillips-East in 2014 at Centennial Hospital in Nashville, TN. Cory Alan East died in an accident on July 20, 2016.
