Francis Xavier Ignatius Hines, of Philadelphia and Brigantine, died of complications due to congestive heart failure on May 20, 2010. Born on March 21, 1927 in the Brewerytown section of Philadelphia, he attended Roman Catholic High School on Broad and Vine Street in Philadelphia. He then graduated from St. Joseph's College with a degree in writing and journalism. He served in World War II at 18 years old in North Africa. Frank started as a copywriter at Benjamin Eichelmann Advertising agency where he met his wife of 51 years, Evelyn Cicinato. During his career he was Director of Advertising at Lee Tire and Rubber Company, freelanced for several Philadelphia firms and was Creative Director for the last 13 years at AMP Industries. He was known for his love of Books, Theater, Arts and most of all Family. Frank is survived by his daughter Regina Loomis and his beloved grandchildren Kyle and Rebecca Loomis and loving friends. He was predeceased by his wife in 2006, and his siblings:
