Adeline was the daughter of Edmund Clements (1782-1861) and Lucy McIntire (1790-1823). Her daughter Rosilla who had preceded her in death in May 1844 is buried with her. She left her husband Charles Adams and her daughter Clara Clement Adams who was not yet three years old.
