Very Sudden Death
Mr. John Seem, Father of Mrs. Earl Hiser, died very suddenly at his home near Bradner on Tuesday of last week at 5 P.M. from a heart attack. He had not been ill at all. John Seem was born October 16, 1868, and passed away January 17, 1939, at the age of 70 years, 3 months, and 1 day. Surviving are his wife, Anna, children, Mrs. Earl Hiser and Helena Seem; two grandchildren; Three sisters, Mrs. Lena Spaulding and Mrs. Emma Voght, of Dundee, Mich., and Mrs. Eliza Way, of Port Huron, Mich.; two brothers, Mr. Sam Seem, of Wayne, and Martin Seem of Dundee, Mich., and a number of other relatives. Funeral services were held on Thursday afternoon at Niemaan's Mortuary. Burial at Eisenhour Ridge Cemetery.
