Mrs. Daisy Fallin, 86, of Simsboro, died at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Lincoln General Hospital after a brief illness. She had lived in Lincoln Parish for the past 42 years.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Saint Rest Baptist Church where she was a member, with the Rev. Louid Kelley officiating, assisted by Dr. Robert Magee.
Burial will be in Saint Rest Cemetery in Dubach under direction of Kilpatrick's Funeral Home of Ruston.
Survivors include five sons, Wayne Fallin of Pineville, Jack Fallin of Shreveport, Joe Fallin, Howard Fallin, and James Fallin, all of Ruston; four daughters, Mrs. H. C. Henry of Dubach, Mrs. Lucille Dring, Mrs. Ray Canterbury, both of Simsboro, and Mrs. J. S. Morgan of Minden; two brothers, Clyde Taylor of Ruston and Archie Taylor of Laurel, Miss.; three sisters, Mrs. T. J. Lann of Ruston, Mrs. Vera Logan of Harrison, Ark., and Mrs. Ethel Waller of San Diego, Calif.; 22 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
