The funeral for Mr. Currier will be Monday at 2 p.m. at the Bossuot funeral home, Carthage, with Rev. Frederick Wood, pastor of the West Carthage Congregational church, officiating. Burial will be in Deer River cemetery.
 Friends may call at the funeral home Sunday afternoon and evening.
 Mr. Currier, is survived by his wife, Mrs. Barbara Canell Currier; two daughters, Antoinette, 5, and Debby, 2, at home; his mother, Mrs. Rowena Rooney, San Antonio, Tex.; his father, Wallace Currier, Watertown, and a brother, Ronald, also of San Antonio.
 He was born near Redwood, Dec. 22, 1935, son of Wallace and Rowena St. Peter Currier, and attended Carthage schools. He married Miss. Barbara Canell in 1959 in Carthage by Rev. Mr. Brown, then pastor of the Baptist church.
 Mr. Currier was employed as a truck driver for Louis Ganzell in Carthage.
