After a valiant fight for life, tuberculosis vanquished Mrs. Fannie Clem in Colorado, whither she went two years ago, hoping that the climate would prove beneficial. The remains arrived in Windsor late Monday evening in company with the deceased's husband, Edward Clem , and were taken to the home of a sister, Mrs. Tony Wallace, eight miles southeast of Windsor where funeral services were held Tuesday, Rev. Harrel of Tuscola, pastor of the Ash Grove church officiating. Ash Grove cemetery will be the final resting place for the body. Mrs. Clem was twenty-four years old and had no children. She is survived by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. James Weeks of Stewardson. - - Shelbyville Democrat - Thursday - 11 Apr 1907
