WIFE OF WILLIAM MANN SUCCUMBS
FUNERAL AT GENEVA SATURDAY FOR 79-YEAR OLD WOMAN
Mrs. Carrie Dell Mann, age seventy-nine years, passed away at her home in Geneva Wednesday evening at 11 o'clock. She had been ill for many months with paralysis and complications.
She was born in Wabash township, Adams county, January 20, 1868, the daughter of the late Henry and Nelma (sic) Miller. She was united in marriage to William Mann in 1886 and her passing disrupts this happy union of 62 years. The husband survives with the following children; Mrs. Mary E. Farlow, Mrs. Alta Anspaugh and L. A. Mann, all of Geneva; Mrs. Clarence Beetler of Paulding, Ohio; F. Ray Mann, Jerome, Idaho, Mrs. Myrtle Dennison of Collen, Idaho, Mrs. Margaret Becher and Mrs. Mae Breen, both of Fort Wayne. Three children are deceased, one daughter, Mrs. Rose Vogan, passing just nine years to the day of her mother's passing. Three half-brothers and three half-sisters also survive.
The body was taken to the Hardy and Hardy funeral home. Funeral services will be held at one o'clock Saturday afternoon at the residence with Rev. Paul Logan officiating. Burial will be in Riverside cemetery at Geneva.
