CALHOUN, Ky.-Janette Revlett Tichenor 63, of Calhoun, Kentucky died Saturday October 2, 2010 at the Owensboro Medical Health System. Janette Revlett was born June 20, 1947 in Owensboro, Kentucky to the late Edward Earl "Peck" and Mary Jane Cary Revlett.
She was a 1965 Graduate of Calhoun High School, received both her Bachelors and Masters Degrees from Western Kentucky University and received further education from Vanderbilt University. Janette was a teacher for more than 20 years in both McLean and Daviess Counties and retired as Uni-Serve Director for K.E.A. after 21 years of service. She was a member of the Calhoun United Methodist Church.
Surviving are a daughter, Kelly Tichenor; a grandson, Christopher Tindall; a sister, Ann Lee McAllister; and two nephews, Cary McAllister and Ian McAllister.
Visitation is 2 p.m. to service time.
Services are 6 p.m. Tuesday at Muster Funeral Homes, Calhoun Chapel.
