Ruth Louisa Cook, 81, of 421 S. Curtis Road, Boise, died Friday, Jan. 10, 1986, in a Boise nursing home of natural causes.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Tuesday, Jan. 14., at Summers Funeral Home of Boise. Rev. Kurt Kremlick of the Southminster Presbyterian Church will officiate. Burial will be in the Morris Hill Cemetery.
Mrs. Cook, a homemaker and loving mother to her children, was born June 27, 1904, at Blue Hill, Neb. She married Glen P. Cook on May 27, 1925, and they settled in Idaho following their marriage. Mr. Cook died Sept. 28, 1968.
Survivors include a son, Dale R. Cook of Aurora, Colo.; a daughter, Lois William of Boise; a brother, Bill Choate of Hawk Springs, Wyo.; three sisters, Alice Elmer of Boise, Mildred Cassell of Baker, Ore., and Ethel Mariatt of Shoshoni, Wyo.; five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to a favorite charity.
