Pearl Dora Hain, 94, died Tuesday at the
Wilton Nursing Home.
Services will be held at 3 p.m. Friday
at the Gill-Lacock Funeral Home. Rev.
Larry Bunger will officiate. Burial will
be in the Healy Cemetery, Moscow.
Visitation is 2 to 9 p.m. Thursday and
from 10 a.m. until service time on
Friday. A memorial fund has been
established at the funeral home.
The Daughter of Fred and Rose Freyermuth
Kaufmann, she was born Dec. 4, 1887
near Lime City, Iowa.
Her marriage to Elwood Hain took place
Sept. 26, 1917, near Lime City. She
was a member of the Moscow Trinity
Church of Christ and was active in the
Ladies Aid. She had been active on the
Prairie Bell country school board near
Moscow for many years, and was a
graduate of Wilton College. She and
her husband had farmed near Moscow
until 1951 when they moved to Wilton.
She was preceded in death by her
husband in 1980, three brothers and two
sisters.
