She was survived by her husband, Harry; 1 son, Alfred; 2 sisters, Marie Hanneken of St. Charles, Missouri, and Angeline Siemer of Meppen; and 5 brothers, William, Edward, Elmer and Frank Droege, all of Meppen, and Leo Droege of Golden Eagle, Illinois.
In addition to her parents, Maggie was preceded in death by an infant son, Victor Baalman; and 2 sisters, Lena Baalman, Celia Droege.
Visitation was held on 23 Mar 1979 at Hanks Funeral Home in Brusels. A rosary was recited there at 6:45 p.m. A funeral Mass was conducted at 10 a.m. the following morning t St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Meppen.
Maggie's husband, Harry, passed away in 1983 and was buried next to her.
