Erected by the veterans of the Duke of Cambridge's own regiment, in the halls of the Old Chiswick Cemetery, London, the memorial plaque is dedicated to the officers, non-commissioned officers and men of the 2nd and 10th Battalion of the Middlesex Regiment, 1914 to 1918.
