Nancy was married 03 Aug 1812 in Lexington, KY to Jacob Bronston, a saddle tree maker orginally from PA. They lived on the Georgetown Road in Lexington. Later they moved to South Elkhorn area where her grandfather William Stone had once given her mother some land.
Jacob was the son of Thomas Brownston of Franklin and Mercer Counties, PA, and his first wife, whom family lore gives as Mary Anne Springer.

1 William H Bronston (c.1814-c.1883) was married in 1831 in Lexington to Susan Ann Gilliam. They separated soon and divorced later. Williams married Nancy Bailey, d/o newspaperman William Shreve Bailey. William & Nannie moved to KS and lived there most of their lives. LINKED
2 Thomas Springer Bronston Jr (1817–1890) married first Sallie Ann Bronston [his 1st cousin d/o Thomas Springer Bronston Sr] then Elizabeth Ballard, and third Henrietta A. Baker of SC) LINKED
3 Martha A Bronston (c.1822-bef1854) w/o William G W Cates (1815–1867). They moved to MO where she died They had 3 daughters. He remarried.
4 Mary Bronston born (c.1823-aft1880) married Dr Geo W Mills of Barren Co, KY LINKED
5 Jacob Bronston (1824–1903) married Lavinia Woods. They moved to MO back to KY and lived most of their lives in Anderson County, KS. LINKED
6 Elizabeth Bronston (c.1829-1888) Elizabeth never married, had no issue. Family lore says she fell from a horse and died insane. LINKED
