Lucy Edith Hawkins Baker (Lucille Hawkins) was the wife of Seneca Mason Baker 1883-1938 (see FAG memorial 206615930). The 1920 Federal Census for Saint Clair County Illinois, East Saint Louis lists the BAKER family but identifies Seneca as Sam (Samuel) which is an error or oversight. The address noted for the BAKER family is 1044 14/15th Street. The "1044 N. 14th Street" is noted on Seneca Baker's World War One Draft Registration (see FAG photo). Also, Seneca Baker was born in Rolla, Phelps County, Missouri and more than likely knew the Hawkins Family in Maries County, Missouri.
