Minnie was the daughter of the late Earle Maddox, Sr. and Lou Ida Spear Maddox.
She was educated through the Anderson County School district. Her vocation was domestic and textile, she was a homemaker and a member of Jefferson Chapel AME Church were she served as Sunday school teacher for 25 years, YPD and Usher board officer, secretary of Missionary, secretary of Pastor's Aid and class Leader #4 prior to her failing health. During her adolescence, she was member of Piney Grove Baptist church, serving as Sunday School Secretary, President of the Young Matrons, secretary of the Jr. Choir, PTO President of Mountain Springs School in the mid 60's. She was a avid care provider.
Survivors are daughter, Linda (Mark) Webb, sons, Theodore/Ted(Cynthia) Adger Jr. of Pendleton SC, Jimmy (Rev. Jenny) Adger, Robert (Lisa) Adger Sr. Ronnie (Terri) Adger, Johnny (Lorraine) Adger of Anderson SC, 12 Grandchildren, 6 Great Grandchildren 1 great-great-grandchild, sisters, Annie Ruth Harrell, Decatur Ga., Bonnie (Clifton) Dendy, Pendleton SC, brother, Richard K. Maddox, Decatur Ga., sister-in-law Lula Maddox of Anderson SC.
