|Birth: ||Jun. 7, 1815|
|Death: ||Dec. 24, 1890|
Some family records have a birth date of January 9, 1815. However this is not consistent with the tombstone inscription "Died December 24 1890, aged 75 years, 6 months, and 17 days". That should make his birthdate June 7 1815.
"Philip Arganbright was born and reared in Ross County, but there was a realignment of the county boundaries placing the family homestead in Jackson Co. A later realignment placed some of the family into Vinton County" - Gerald Argabright.
