Patricia Ann Breitkreutz, a resident of Wynnewood, OK was born July 31, 1945 in Wynnewood, Oklahoma to Margie Ann (Burrows) and Lenard Ed Smith. She passed away September 6, 2010 at Wynnewood, Oklahoma at the age of 65 years 1 month and 5 days.
She grew up in OKC and Moore where she raised her family. She moved to Wynnewood in 1983. She was a member of Walker Baptist Church. She loved her family and spending time with them, especially her Great Grandson – Conrad (Who called her G Nanny). She was also a wonderful seamstress, and enjoyed genealogy.
She was preceeded in death by her parents and a brother - James Robert Smith.
Survived by her 2 Daughters and Sons in law - Rena and Dennis Hilburn of Wynnewood, OK; Crickitt and Charles Gorman of McKinney, TX; 3 Grandchildren and Spouses - Erin and Clay Dixon, Evan and Jamia Hilburn, and Dustin and Amanda Kraus; Great Grandson - Conrad Sawyer Dixon; Brother and Sister in law - Ed and Monica Smith of Pauls Valley, OK; 3 Sisters and Brother in law - Linda and Mike Wilkins of Wynnewood, OK; Paula Huff of Wynnewood, OK; and Debbie McCurley of Vero Beach, FL
Pallbearers will be Evan Hilburn, Gregg Huff, Michael Wilkins, Kevin Wilkins, Darin Wilkins, Steve Lain; Honorary Pallbearers - Dustin Kraus and Donnie Rollings.
Services will be held Wednesday September 8, 2010 at 2:00 pm at the First Baptist Church in Wynnewood, OK. Burial will follow at Oaklawn Cemetery under the direction of DeArman Funeral Home of Wynnewood, OK.
