Patricia L. Wilson Bettison Buried At Herman Today

Funeral services are being held this Thursday afternoon at Herman for Mrs. Patricia Wilson Bettison, a former Herman resident.

Mrs. Bettison was born in Chicago August 3, 1927, but she lived a number of years in Herman. She was baptized a member of the Herman Methodist Church at the age of four. She attended school in Omaha and was a graduate of Benson High School.

After graduation, for several years she was associated with the Mutual Broadcasting Company in California. Later, upon the death of her father, she returned to Omaha to live with her mother. While there she taught comptometer at the Omaha School of Broadcasting.

Two years ago she met with an accident which indirectly contributed to her death.

Mrs. Bettison is survived by her mother, Mrs. Emma Wilson, and an aunt, Mrs. Clara Yakish, of Silverdale, Washington.

Burial is from the Herman Methodist Church with the Rev. J Percy Bruns officiating.

Interment is in the Herman Cemetery.
