Dorothy May Valesky Graham, 92, of 203 McClelland Ave., Polk, died at 2:29 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 7, 2006, in UPMC Northwest, Seneca.
Born April 2, 1913, in Herminie, she was the daughter of August and Augusta Valesky.
Mrs. Graham was employed for 15 years as an aide at Polk Center, retiring there in 1973. She was a member of the Sandy Lake Wesleyan Church. Mrs. Graham enjoyed crocheting.
She was married June 20, 1935, to Norman B. Graham, who died March 3, 1978.
Surviving are a son and his wife, David W. and Betty Graham of Polk; a son-in-law, Eugene Andrews of Polk; six grandchildren, Ben Andrews and wife, Leigh Ann "Tweet," of Franklin, Richard Andrews and wife, Kim, of Utica, Sheryl Wilson and husband, Robert, of Jackson Center, Shawn Heller and husband, Scott, of Polk, Penny Keller and husband, Thomas, of Sandy Lake, and James Graham and wife, Hallie, of Cochranton; 10
great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband, Mrs. Graham was preceded in death by a daughter, Ruth E. Andrews, Feb. 28, 2000; and 13 brothers
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday in the Huff Chapel, 312 W. Park St., Franklin. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday in the funeral home with Pastor Henry Packer of the Sandy Lake Wesleyan Church,
Interment will be in Old Sandy Cemetery.
