Eva Mae (Davis) Atnip was the daughter of Phillip Stockard Davis & "Lucy" Anna Louisa (Wilson) Davis. Eva was born Nov 2, 1907 at Chaonia, Wayne Co.,MO. She married Orley Eugene Atnip the son of John Robert Atnip & Malissa Ownbey Atnip on Sep 11, 1927. Eva passed away on April 30, 1958 in Marston, New Madrid Co.,MO.
Ten (10) children were born to this union:
Vergie Marie (1928 - 1980), Robert Eugene (1930 - 1949), Silvia Lorene, Ruby Jane (1934 - 1985), Charles LeRoy (1937 - 1996), Peggy Joyce, Betty Mae, Bobby Gene, Tommy Ray & Evelyn Arletta.
Her son Robert Eugene Atnip passed away October 14, 1949 in Cape Girardeau, MO
Her husband Orley Eugene Atnip Passed away February 17, 1999. Orley is buried in Rowe Cemetery,Wardell, Pemiscot County, MO.
Eva is my aunt. KC
