William "Bill" Ables, age 72 of Fort Payne, passed away Aug. 21, 2010 at his home.

Visitation: Monday 8-23-2010 from 5:15pm - 8pm

Funeral services were Tuesday, August 24, 2010 at 1 p.m. at Burt Funeral Home Chapel, Fort Payne with Dr. Mike Mitchell officiating.

Burial followed in Mountain View Memory Gardens.

Wife: Norma Ables Son: Ray Ables Grandchildren: Lauren & John William Ables Brother: Ed Ables Sisters: Mary Ables Burke & Sara Zoe Noles.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Sheriff's Christmas for Kids.
