Military Working Dog Boris C222 was born in March '99. Upon completion of Narcotics and Patrol school, Boris was assigned to Misawa AB. He arrived at Misawa in July 01 ' to begin his service as a Drug Detection Military Working Dog. Boris conducted Health, Moral, and Welfare Inspections in various facilities on Misawa, providing commanders with a tool to ensure there were no illegal drugs in their facilities. He conducted countless dog demonstrations for the base populace demonstrating the capabilities of a Patrol Dog. Boris' most recent accomplishment was assisting OSI with finding almost a pound of marijuana.
